WWT Drain Line Installation at VSMC

Our team carried out drain line installation works at VSMC, supporting both WWT (Waste Water Treatment) and FAB building facilities. The works involved the installation of PP, PVC, and PVDF piping systems for process and waste water drainage in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and site requirements.

The installation scope included the handling, routing, alignment, and assembly of PP pipe systems for WWT drain lines, as well as PVC and PVDF drain lines serving FAB process areas. Piping works were executed to ensure correct slopes, flow direction, and connection interfaces with existing drainage systems, sumps, and treatment equipment.

All installations were carried out with careful coordination around existing services and ongoing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The works were performed to maintain material integrity and cleanliness, particularly in areas with chemical exposure and operational constraints.

Upon completion, the installed drain line systems were handed over in a neat and installation-ready condition for inspection, testing, and subsequent commissioning.
