Apexson Construction Engineering is a specialist trade contractor recognized for providing reliable and highly skilled manpower for the fabrication and installation of process exhaust, process piping, and mechanical works. We serve clients across the semiconductor, oil and gas, renewable energy, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries throughout Singapore.

We have collaborated with reputable clients on numerous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. Our track record reflects a strong commitment to delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with international health, safety, and environmental standards.

Our workforce comprises over 300 skilled craftsmen with extensive expertise in piping, welding, plumbing, threading, and soldering, as well as experience in the installation, relocation, and alignment of mechanical equipment and machinery. These teams can be deployed efficiently for projects of varying scale, including time-sensitive assignments.

Our craftsmen are capable of performing on-site piping and ductwork fabrication at client facilities, as well as installing prefabricated piping and ducting systems at project sites. In addition, our project management services support clients who require experienced oversight to ensure efficient and controlled project execution. Our multidisciplinary team includes project managers, site supervisors, safety and quality assurance personnel, and project and construction engineers.

P3 Technology Engineering Sdn Bhd was established in 2011, building upon foundations laid in 2005 when the company first operated under the name P3 Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd.

The company was founded by Mr. Tan Seng Chua, an experienced piping fitter and welder with more than 22 years of industry experience. Mr. Tan began his career as an apprentice piping fitter with Petronas Sdn Bhd in 1997 and quickly established a reputation for high-quality workmanship. He subsequently advanced to senior piping fitter and welder roles within a general contracting firm, in which he also held a minority shareholding.

Recognizing growth opportunities within the expanding semiconductor industry in Singapore, Mr. Tan established P3 Construction Engineering Pte Ltd in 2004 to specialize in the provision of skilled manpower for process piping and ductwork works. The company experienced steady growth, expanding from a small team to a workforce of over 600 skilled personnel, serving major engineering and construction firms across Singapore.

In response to increasing demand for high-quality piping installation services in Malaysia, P3 Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd was established in 2005. Following corporate restructuring in 2011, the organization was rebranded as P3 Technology Engineering Sdn Bhd, P3 Technology Engineering Pte Ltd and Apexson Construction Engineering, marking the beginning of its current corporate identity.
